Canadian Judicial system among most corrupt in the world. Run by a group of powerful elite & kept off the radar by highly skilled system managers, cronies & profiteers of these elite white men. The key to this power structure is the Federal
​Government of Canada use various tactics such as fake regulatory boards to regulate themselves. Another tactic that is extremely powerful & unilaterally deployed is convincing the general public that they are all racists & misogynistic, when indeed it is often the elite that run Canada that are extremely racist & profit/power driven. Two most powerful weapons the Canadian government (currently sneaky Liberals) deploy is endless bureaucracy (fake regulatory boards) with their own corrupted cronies running them. As Liberals use fake regulatory boards, they also deploy gender division tactics to try and convince the public of their white knight-ism.     

The setting up of fake / corrupted regulatory boards to insulate questionable cronies is nothing new, as this is common throughout Canada. Take for instance the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia that was recently exposed with the Cayton report. There is also the highly corrupt Police Complaints Commissioner of BC that insulates rotten cops. But Trudeau has taken fake regulatory boards to insulate his cronies to a whole new level. His CJC goes as far as creating ways to bury the raw data that a complaint even took place. This undermines democracy and is an assault on Canada beyond anything to date. 

CJC said this complaint was "conjecture" and then denied the complaint in order to bury it so it would never APPEAR in any investigation in the future. BUREAUCRATIC corruption at best.

I am currently reading an interesting book called, "WHY NATIONS FAIL", by Acemoglu & Robinson. As a longtime advocate that has pointed out the reason for family law horrors is government policy, this book cements that concept. In the third chapter called, "The making of prosperity and poverty", the book tells us that government policy is the number one reason for poverty & theft of land by the powerful ruling class.
Policy we see in Canada's family law industry in which one parent is handed the home & children over the other parent and the other parent is forced to go to court repeatedly to get access to his own children is called an "Extractive policy", in that the ruling class extracts or extorts money from others in our society.
